The attic insulation needed replacing and the electrical needed to be upgraded. Throughout the house, the plumbing fixtures were replaced and the ceiling was retextured. In the kitchen we replaced all the cabinets, countertops and built a walk-in pantry. New hardwood flooring and tiling was done throughout the main floor.

All of the doors, levers, hardware and trim throughout the home were replaced. A bench and coat hooks were added in the rear entryway. Spindles and Railings were replaced and new wall paneling was installed. In the bathrooms, new wall tile, cabinets and vanities were installed. The stonework around the fireplace was completely redone.

On the second floor, new carpeting and tile flooring were installed. The entire home was then painted, new appliances and light fixtures were installed throughout. Prior to the customer moving back in, the entire home was detailed.
