Enter conditional contract based on customer approval of plans, specs, and budget

Arrange designer and client meeting to develop preliminary drawings

Develop specification sheet to accompany drawings and update preliminary budget

Arrange for client to visit suppliers to make selections

Compile selection results and quotes to prepare firm estimate

Draw up and sign final contract that clearly defines work scope and expectations

Complete final construction and site drawings
Construction

Apply for all necessary permits and engineering to complete the construction process

Establish preliminary project schedule and estimate approximate completion date

Schedule site meetings with clients at key stages of construction

Perform preliminary quality assurance walk-through

Complete all finishing touches and fix any issues found in the walk-through

Final clean up, client walk-through, and possession
